Meet our Field Service Operations advisor, Danny Bearzatto

Danny brings strategies into operational realities. A recognized field service management expert, he has had 20 years of experience, first as a management consultant in Deloitte Australia, UK, and the EU, and later as a senior executive for Australian infrastructure services group Ventia Pty Ltd. His approach to designing future ways of working blends structured problem-solving, design thinking, and lean, proven neuroscience-based approaches. In this way, he helps build better performing operating models and more effective business models and strategies. He has worked with clients in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia, across infrastructure and field services, the telecommunications industry, utilities and media services, government agencies, and financial institutions.
