XpertiseNow co-founder and CTO Sundi Balu and Dhata Tech founder and CEO Atul Babu talk about the power of partnership and automation.
Sundi Balu:
XpertiseNow is a platform that helps specialist consultancies come together and collaborate and to deliver greater value for clients, but the power of the platform is enhanced even more when you are collaborating with technology implementation partners for a client.
These are our partners such as Dhata Tech that work with our specialist consulting firms. Together we collaborate, curate, and orchestrate even more powerful outcomes for our clients. We are looking at technology implementation partners who can put the strategies and roadmaps created by our advisors into motion. I think that is the key in the current world of digital transformation.
At present, most advisory firms only supply advice and leave the implementation process up to the client. Yet, there are challenges in terms of how they do quality assurance and those sorts of elements. With XpertiseNow being a platform of choice for specialist consultancies, we can collaborate with implementation partners to deliver real change.
Atul Babu:
Yes, execution has traditionally been carried out by the service providers. We want to disrupt this by working closely with specialist consultancies and their clients to bring more automation for their transformations. There are more components available in the automation landscape that, when stitched together, can ensure that we achieve desired project outcomes in a faster, more cost-efficient manner. We can work with our advisor partners to reduce the risk. That is far better than the current way of working.
Sundi Balu:
One of the key drivers will be telling businesses they really need to look at transformation from a zero-waste design perspective and only introduce humans when adding value to the customer. You introduce the human touch to add differentiated value to the customer. So automation, or digitization, is at the core of the transformations that are happening in multiple industries.
Atul Babu:
Indeed, there is an automation element in all transformations that can be brought in at every stage. Let’s say a business has three different cloud platforms, you’ve got a private cloud, you’ve got some workloads in different countries on premises. To manage this manually is an intensive effort that is also expensive. This is when you can bring in automation. With automation, you don’t just achieve incremental benefits, but the benefits could be ten times, twenty times in terms of the effort involved that relates to the cost. With automation, both timeframes and risk are reduced drastically.
