Allan has had over 20 years of experience in line management and consulting. Until recently a leader in McKinsey & Company’s implementation practice, he has led many large-scale transformation and business improvement programs to optimize impact and build capability.
His expertise covers a broad range of industries including financial services, government, information technology and telecommunications, and heavy industry and resources. His philosophy, and key to his success, is in working closely with clients in true partnership to operationalize strategy and drive effective execution for real bottom-line results.
